Date: April 15, 2023
Times: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Wake Forest Downtown is hosting its second “Forest Fest”, celebrating the Town of Wake Forest, on Saturday, April 15, 2023. The Wake Forest Guild of Artists has again been invited to join this event as fine arts are important to the community. We are excited to return this year and hope this event will be even larger than last year’s inaugural event.
This is an indoor/outdoor rain or shine event. We will not have enough indoor space to move outdoor vendors inside in case of rain.
Fee Schedule:
Booth Fee for WFGA member Artists and Artisans: $40
Booth Fee for non-member Artists and Artisans: $50
Refund Policy: Vendor cancellations will be refunded their booth fees until April 3rd. There will be no refunds for cancellations after April 3rd.

Health/Safety Protocols:
We will observe all COVID protocols in place at the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre at the time of the market. At the time of this call, there are not any requirements for masking.
Sales:
Artists must remain at the booth during sales hours. Roaming volunteers will be available to watch booths for breaks.
All sales will be transacted by and will go directly to the artists.
All participants are required to provide a valid North Carolina Sales Tax Account ID number (9 digits; usually beginning with a 6). If you do not have one, go to: https://www.ncdor.gov/taxes-forms/sales-and-use-tax/sales-and-use-tax-registration. There is no fee to register and obtain a tax id.
Set up:
Setup will begin as early as 7:00 AM. Vendors are expected to be set up and prepared for customers by 8:45 AM. Please unload your car first and then move to designated parking before setting up your space. Detailed information on unloading and parking will be provided in the final instructions on April 13th. At arrival, please check in at the ARTS Wake Forest booth inside the front door of the Renaissance Centre.
Breakdown:
Booths are expected to remain open until 3:00 PM. Although Forest Fest officially ends at 2:00, we want to capitalize on the volume of guests still roaming downtown Wake Forest and will stay open until 3:00 PM.
Final breakdown instructions will be sent with other final instructions on April 13th.
All submissions may be used by the WFGA for promotion in social media and print. Please choose images that best represent your work that are clear, focused, and professional.
