ARTIST STATEMENT/BIO
Jeanne Steck uses traditional metalsmith techiques to transform sterling silver and copper into wearable art. While exploring the affect a torch or hammer has on metal, Ms. Steck has not forgotten her roots. She continues to handknot stunning pearls and handpicked gemstones. Her jewelry can be found at Southern Suds and Gifts in Downtown Wake Forest, as well as, various events in the Triangle area.
